Early Mid-game Guide

Target: players past happy jumping, 400k+ in each battle stat, familiar with flying basics.
Core Mindset
Slow and steady. You won't catch up to veterans by grinding hard alone. Set up for snowball: bank > stocks > passive income compounds over time. Every benefit now helps for years.
Faction (Most Important Choice)
Aim for 1M+ respect. If you're the strongest in your faction, find a better one. Steadfast perk (+10% gym gains) compounds massively over years. Never join friends' weak faction just out of loyalty.
Do more than asked: faction asks 20 hits, give 40. Respect gains = better perks for you.
Job Progression Path (one approach)
- City Education job = Principal perk (-10% education time)
- Music Store = unlock gyms 30% faster via job points
- Fitness Center = 5hr education course reduction per day (once crucial courses near done)
- Ladies Strip Club = +10% DEF gym gains + better serotonin (permanent home)
Key: don't choose a job for cash income. Permanent perks beat salary every time.
Battle Stats
Don't lock into Hank's or Baldr's ratio. Use milestones instead: pick stat targets, hit them, move on. No cap on your whore stat.
Rule of thumb: don't exceed 50% of total stats on your whore stat. When you hit 50%, set a milestone for the other 3.
Priority order: whore stat > STR/SPD to milestones > unlock 2-stat special gym (Chachas) > then DEX unless you're stalemating.
Passive Income Priority (Mid-game)
- $2B bank = #1. Nothing beats this.
- SYM stock (1 drug pack/week = ~80 Xanax/month)
- PRN stock (1 eDVD/week)
- FHC stock (1 Feathery Hotel Coupon/week)
- GRN stock ($4M per 31 days, ~$160M block cost)
- TCT stock ($1M per 31 days, ~$31M block cost)
These 6 combined = ~$180M/month + 80 Xanax. More money than spending energy trading in most cases.
Always spend less than you earn daily. Cut all non-essential spending.
Merits Priority
10/10: Bank Interest + Education Length only.
7/10 first (in order): Life > Rifle mastery (or primary weapon type) > Critical hit chance
Then push those to 10/10.
After that: 7/10 passive battle stats. Consider 10/10 on whore stat.
Hospitalizing: only worth it if you're actually the carry in faction wars.
Education Priority
- SPT3510 Bachelor of Sports Science (+2% all gym gains) = ASAP
- BIO2127 Intravenous Therapy (blood bags)
- CBT3870 Bachelor of Military Arts and Science (weapon experience)
- BIO2350 Evolution (+1% all weapon damage)
- BIO2410 Anatomy (+3% crit)
- MTH2310 Discrete Mathematics (+5% ammo conservation)
- MTH3330 Bachelor of Mathematics (+20% ammo conservation)
- HIS2160 Ancient Japanese History (+10% Japanese blade damage)
- HIS2170 Medieval History (+2% melee damage)
- BIO3420 Bachelor of Biology (steroids)
Missions
Always maintain 2,000 mission credits as buffer. Spend excess on weapon mods. Don't use books until fully ready (one-time buffs). Avoid books that only give temporary quality-of-life benefits.
Weapons
Mid-game: white Armalite is a solid baseline. Don't overspend on yellow weapons. Ask: does it beat a white Armalite on damage and accuracy? Does its modifier apply 100% of the time? If not, not worth it.
Armor
Combat armor + Riot helmet = good value. Riot helmet has full head coverage. Assault helmet does not.
4x Assault + Riot helm: author regrets it and wishes he'd invested money in passive income instead.
