Job Stat Growth: Fastest Options

What Job Stats Are

Manual Labour, Intelligence, Endurance. Determine what roles you can fill in player companies. More job stats = access to higher-tier roles = more company income for you and the director.

Option 1: City Education Job (Free)

Top position gives: - +100 Manual or +100 Endurance per day, or +110 Intelligence - Also passive gains from the role itself (+30 Manual, +40 Intelligence, +30 Endurance daily) - Takes 26 days to reach top position (see Tesla City Career Guide for stat requirements)

Drawback: Weak specials. No company perk.

Option 2: Buy Company Trains (Fastest)

Each train = +50 primary job stat + 25 secondary (regardless of company type or role).

  • 2 trains/day = +100 primary + +50 secondary = +150 job stats/day on top of role gains
  • 5 trains/day = +250 primary + +125 secondary
  • At a 10* company = 10 trains available per day

This beats city Education even at just 2 trains/day.

Drawback: Costs money per train. Need to find a company with trains available.

Option 3: Own / Control a 10* Company

Have a friend run it and give you all trains.

  • Maximum job stat gains
  • Get the specials you want

Drawback: Expensive to buy. Risk of getting scammed (it's legal). Employees may leave to get trains elsewhere.

Special Case: Lingerie Store or Clothing Store

These have a special: +100 Endurance per 10 JP. Same as city Education Endurance gain BUT you can ALSO buy trains on top of it.

Combined: +100 Endurance from special + up to +500 primary + +250 secondary/day if buying all 10 trains.

Only beats other companies by 100 Endurance/day, but if Endurance is your specific bottleneck it saves ~33 days from 0 to 100K Endurance.

Summary: Fastest Path

  1. Get into a 10* company that offers trains
  2. Buy 2-5 trains/day minimum
  3. If you specifically need Endurance, try Lingerie or Clothing Store for the +100 Endurance special on top

City jobs are free but slower. Trains cost money but are objectively faster even at 2/day.
