What It Is

You can buy up to 100 items per day total from Torn City shops. Some of these items resell at a profit in your bazaar or item market.

Works from day one, no level requirement, no capital needed.

Best Items to Buy and Flip

Bits-N-Bobs (East Side of city)

  • Beer
  • Kitty Plushie (basic)
  • Sheep Plushie (basic)
  • Teddy Bear (basic)

The basic plushies always have demand because flower/plushie runners and set collectors need them.

Sally's Sweet Shop (East Side of city)

  • Lollipops: these resell at a significant markup because players use them to manage happy levels

Earnings

~$50k $70k/day profit from 100 items. Not impressive but zero effort and no requirements.

Tips

  • Shops restock semi-randomly through the day, not on a fixed timer
  • Check in a few times/day to catch restocks
  • Lollipops in particular have strong consistent demand
  • Bits-N-Bobs also buys back certain items (Bank Cheques etc), check sell prices before listing on market

Important Note on Bank Cheques

Per forum replies (Zeddy [2489304]): Bank Cheques are often sold on the item market for less than Bits-N-Bobs will buy them back for. Always check city shop buy-back prices before listing on the market.
