1. Buying Company Trains (Best for chuje)

Buying trains from a company director isn't just useful for working stats — it's a genuine ROI investment.

How it works: - Each train costs ~$600K - Each train = +50 main working stat + +25 secondary working stat - Company pay is roughly 25× your highest working stat per day

Math on 200 trains: - Investment: 200 × $600K = $120M - Main stat gain: +10,000, secondary: +5,000 - Extra daily pay: ~$250K/day - Annual return: ~$92M/year (without reinvesting) - ROI: ~114% APY — beats the bank

Why it matters for chuje: - Current working stats: Manual 21,679 / Intelligence 11,622 / Endurance 39,026 - Buying trains in Endurance (already highest) would push pay significantly - Also unlocks better company requirements faster (Adult Novelties, Law Firm, etc.)

Downside: Need to trust the director. Stick to established companies.

2. Auction House Safe Bids

People selling items in the auction house sometimes want a "safe bid" — a guaranteed minimum.

How it works: 1. Seller sends you cash for a specific bid + your cut (e.g. 2%) 2. You place that bid 3. If no one outbids: you win the item, trade it back to seller 4. If someone outbids: you return their cash, you keep your 2% cut

Low effort, good % return on money that isn't even yours. Hard to find customers but you only need a few regulars.

3. Selling Merits

Charge people to help them get merits they can't get alone:

  • Eco-Friendly merit (trash 5K items): Buy cheap items, bundle 5K of them, sell for $3-4M. Buyer dumps items, gets merit.
  • Trout merit: Someone needs to be defeated by a trout. Charge a fee, have them attack you while you're equipped with one.
  • Church Mouse: Help someone get mugged for exactly $1
  • Blood Money: Let someone mug you while you hold $1M+
