Blood Bags (CRITICAL — Blood Day June 14)
Use up to 5 empty blood bags every 6 hours.
After attacks, use 3 blood bags: reduces health to 10%, adds 3 hours to medical cooldown.
On World Blood Donor Day: ALL COOLDOWNS HALVED = twice as many fills possible. - Normal: 5 fills per 6h = 20 fills per 24h - Blood Day: 5 fills per 3h = 40 fills per 24h (roughly)
Transfusion = 250 fills (done). Anaemic = 1,000 fills (target). Blood bags also count toward Pin Cushion (500 medical items) and Painkiller Abuse (5,000 medical items).

Join a faction and STAY. Even 100 days gives you a merit. Leave and rejoin the same faction resets the counter.
Donator Merits
5 merits for 30/100/250/500/1,000 total donator days.
