Priority Order

  1. Education: 68 perks. Time-consuming but free (just takes course time). Focus here first.
  2. Put 1 merit on each branch (27 merits, 27 perks)
  3. Buy all 22 enhancers (~$55-70M total, skip sneakers)
  4. Join 10-star company with 4 passive specials: Car Dealership, Gun Shop, Law Firm, Lingerie Store, or Meat Warehouse
  5. Buy stocks cheapest first (8 cheapest = ~$1bn, gives 8 perks)
  6. Get 3 TC standard job perks: Revive (medical job), -10% education time (education job), +10% crime success (law job)
  7. Live in max PI (buy ~$1.6-1.9bn, rent, or marry PI owner)
  8. Join faction with enough active perks to push you to 150
  9. Read a book (from city, missions credits, or subscriber)
